NIGHT SHIFT TEAM LEADER - CUTTING FABRICATION

MANCHESTER

£Open DOE + Overtime available - £20ph (Team Leader) / Holidays 22 days plus bank holidays, based on 5 day working week + Pension

Hours: Tue-Fri 22:00-06:00

Our client is a well-established, fast-growing specialist in large format print and display solutions, delivering high-impact visual environments across the UK. With a team of circa 90 employees and a turnover of approximately £14 million, they operate at the forefront of the graphics and signage industry.

They are currently looking for a Night Shift Team Leader to join their team.

Reports to: Night Shift Manager and Workflow Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the nightshift Sewing, Fabrication and packing teams, ensuring the production schedule and print list are followed accurately.
• Plan and coordinate team breaks to maintain continuous machine operation and minimise production downtime.
• Ensure sewing, welding and packing is logged in and out on clarity.
• Ensure all cutting follows list to maximise next areas order.
• Promote and enforce compliance with all health and safety procedures throughout the shift.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards by ensuring work areas are cleaned and organised daily.
• Plan, coordinate and confirm completion of daily machine maintenance activities.
• Monitor production performance and promptly report delays, quality-control issues and other risks to output.
