As National Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of strategic sales growth across the UK, developing key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and positioning innovative label solutions within a fast-moving and highly creative packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation across multiple market sectors.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of national accounts, delivering tailored self-adhesive label solutions that combine technical performance with strong visual impact.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through value-added embellishments, premium finishes, and innovative packaging solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal production, technical, and studio teams to deliver commercially viable and creatively distinctive label solutions.
- Promote the benefits of digital print technology including short lead times, flexible production runs, reduced waste, and high-definition print quality.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting to support strategic business planning.
- Deliver engaging customer presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative packaging solutions to both brands and distributors.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven success in self-adhesive labels sales, with strong knowledge of digital and/or flexographic print technologies.
- A strong track record in business development, territory growth, and key account management within print, labels, or packaging markets.
- Understanding of premium label finishes and embellishment techniques such as foiling, embossing, tactile varnishes, spot UV, or decorative effects would be highly advantageous.
- Commercially driven with the ability to identify opportunities across a broad range of market sectors and packaging applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- A self-motivated, results-focused individual capable of managing a national territory independently and strategically.
