Our client is a highly regarded print and display production specialist, delivering premium quality work for a diverse range of clients across industries including retail, automotive, leisure, and finance. Known for their precision, creativity, and excellent service, they produce everything from large format graphics and signage to bespoke display solutions using the latest technology and techniques. As they expand the production department, they're looking for a Print Finisher / Large Format Production Operative to join their skilled and dynamic team.

The Role:
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the final stages of production - ensuring every job leaves the facility finished to the highest standard. You'll work with cutting-edge equipment like Kongsberg digital cutting tables and contribute to a wide variety of projects including signage, vinyl graphics, and display systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out hand finishing tasks including trimming, mounting, assembling, and packaging.
• Operating various cutting tables such as a Kongsberg.
• Prepare finished items for dispatch, ensuring protection and presentation meet client expectations.
• Produce various types of signage including post-mounted signs, fascia panels, built-up letters, and internal graphics.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with print, production, and dispatch teams to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Be flexible with working hours to support structured shift patterns when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

What They are Looking For:

• Proven ability in hand finishing and signage production.
• Working knowledge of large format print or signage industry is preferred.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• A team player with a flexible, proactive approach to varied production tasks.
