Rotating Shifts - Monday To Friday - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am

Their diverse customer base includes Home & Personal Care, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Beauty & Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Automotive & Lubricants, Horticulture, and the Pet & Veterinary sectors.

As part of their continued growth and investment, they are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printer to join their busy Production Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, high-quality print environment.

The chosen candidate can be from a Wide Web or Narrow Web background

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate UV flexo presses efficiently and autonomously
• Manage complex print jobs with high attention to detail and colour consistency
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action where required
• Maintain accurate production records and conduct routine press maintenance
• Work closely with the Production Manager to meet deadlines and customer specifications
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in flexographic printing
• Proven ability to work with complex, multi-colour print jobs
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach
• A passion for high-quality label and packaging print production
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
