SALARY GUIDE £32-35K (Depending on Experience)

OFFICE BASED - Monday to Friday: 8:30am till 5pm

Our client is a manufacturer of printed folded cartons, boxes and bespoke packaging products based in the South East.

They are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. Ideally looking for a candidate with a background in estimating within printed packaging industry. However, they are also open to applications from candidates with strong estimating experience in print. You will be preparing accurate and competitive estimates that support their sales and production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate cost estimates for printed packaging and print projects
• Analyse client specifications and interpret technical requirements
• Liaise with internal teams including sales, production, and procurement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, processes, and supplier pricing
• Support the sales team with quick turnaround of quotations
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Estimating experience in printed packaging or print industry
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
