Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Our client is a well-established and respected printing and graphics company based in Oxfordshire. They are now looking for an experienced and versatile Estimator / Large Format Printer to join their team. This role combines estimating with hands-on large-format print operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, operating a range of large-format printing and finishing equipment, and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standard.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Prepare accurate quotations and job estimates using Tharstern MIS
• Operate large-format printers and finishing machinery, including OCE Canon Arizona flatbed and DYSS CAD cutting systems
• Manage print production from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to specification
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, and suppliers to confirm details and project requirements
• Maintain equipment and ensure smooth workflow across the print floor
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and maintain a tidy, organised workspace
• Proven experience in large-format print production or estimating
• Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and finishing techniques
• Proficient in Tharstern MIS or similar print management software
• Skilled in operating OCE Canon Arizona printers and DYSS CAD finishing systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Familiarity with a range of large-format print and finishing equipment
• Flexible approach with willingness to assist across departments
