From Small Format Digital, Large Format Graphics to Inhouse Finishing.

They are looking for an experience Digital Printer to join their team

This is a hands-on role in digital print production, you'll be responsible for operating digital print equipment, scheduling work, maintaining quality standards and ensuring production deadlines are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing outstanding print.

Role / Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital production presses and finishing equipment.
• Manage the daily production schedule to maximise efficiency and meet customer deadlines.
• Prioritise workloads across multiple jobs and production processes.
• Carry out pre-flight checks and identify artwork or production issues before printing.
• Ensure colour consistency and print quality across all jobs.
• Operate finishing equipment including cutting, folding, laminating, creasing, booklet making and binding.

Requirements:

• Experience operating digital presses (Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, HP Indigo or similar).
• Knowledge of print finishing processes (advantage)
• Excellent understanding of colour management.
• Experience scheduling and prioritising production workloads.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
