CNC OPERATOR - SIGNAGE

BEDFORDSHIRE

£Open (Depending on Exp) + 20 Days Holiday + 1 Extra Day each year up to 25 days + 8 Bank Holiday + Overtime at Time ½

Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm / Monday to Friday

Our client is a leading sign and graphics company based in Bedfordshire. They offer a wide product range including exhibitions, retail displays, POS, signage and graphics. They are currently looking to recruit a CNC operator who is able to programme as well as run the machine.
Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC routers and cutting machines to produce sign components.
• Program and set up the CNC machine, including tool paths, cutting depth, and speeds.
• Prepare and import design files from Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or AutoCAD.
• Load and secure materials such as acrylic, aluminium, PVC, and wood.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure accurate cutting and engraving.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and correct dimensions.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
