My client is a full service solution creative agency offering full inhouse service solution from concept to delivery.
Offering customers with a range of products including; Print (Litho & Digital), Large Format - Banners, Media Walls, Signage etc, as well as Web2Print, Direct Mail Campaigns, Marketing and Point Of Sale / Point Of Purchase Displays!
They work with some of the UK's biggest brands bringing their campaigns to life!
The company are a close-knit ambitious team, you'll have the backing of experienced Designers, Production Specialists and Project Managers who are just as passionate about delivering exceptional work as you are about winning it! They are looking for someone who understands the world of retail marketing and can confidently talk about Print, POS Display Solutions, Visual Merchandising with marketing, procurement, and retail teams alike.
You'll have the freedom to identify opportunities, develop your own pipeline and work alongside a talented creative and production team that delivers exceptional work every day.
Role / Responsibilities:
- Winning new business across retail brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
- Growing and developing gone away / dormant client accounts.
- Identifying opportunities for POS, print, and visual merchandising solutions.
- Leading client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
- Preparing commercially competitive proposals and quotations.
- Working closely with design, production, and project management teams to deliver outstanding projects.
- Building a strong pipeline and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Representing the company at client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
- Autonomy to develop your own accounts and sales strategy

Personal Attributes / Experience:
- You're someone who gets a buzz from closing deals and building relationships.
- You'll have experience selling Print, POS, Promotional Materials, Creative Production
- UK Full Clean Driver's License.
- A proven track record of generating new business.
- Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and a consultative sales approach.
- The drive to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- Have a genuine passion for retail marketing and creative solutions.
