Our client is a leading printer and converter of digital and flexographically printed labels, with a well-established history, serving a wide range of customers from breweries to industrial components. They are growing rapidly and looking to expand their current team with additional skill sets.
They are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team, the chosen candidate will have a strong understanding of materials and print technologies.
Role / Requirements:
- Proven sales experience within the labels industry
- Be an excellent communicator, with good interpersonal relationship skills, throughout all levels of the company, suppliers and customers.
- Developing and maintaining solid client relationships
- Be a self-starter who is able to take direction but work with minimum supervision to set and achieve targets.
- Strong and positive attitude towards sales.
- Good negotiator and adaptable character.
- Communicate with all departments.
- Professional approach in presentation and communication.
