Our client is a large format digital print company based in the South East. Their strength lies in a full-service capability with a range of in-house large-format digital print machinery. Backed by a long and successful track record in the industry they are equipped to provide an entire "concept to print" service for truly bespoke solutions.
The company already works with some well-known names in the sports, retail and construction industry. They are currently looking to recruit a Business Development / Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Use communication skills to cultivate strong customer relationships, from first contact until deal closing.
- Ensure good after-sales service, boosting sales and contributing to the client's long-term business growth.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Present the company to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients.
- Report to the head of sales on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Full Driving licence
