BOBST PLATEN OPERATOR / DIE CUTTER - PRINT OR PACKAGING

£16 - £18PH + Pension + Overtime paid Time and a Third

Rotating Shifts - No Nights

Our client is a family owned award winning print company who specialise in the production of high end greetings cards and packaging.

They are looking to recruit a highly skilled platen team member to join their team. Training will be given however experience of working in a similar environment operating flatbed platen machines is essential.

Role:

• Must have experience of either Hot Foil blocking, Embossing or Die-cutting.
• Set up, operate and monitor Bobst platen die-cutting machinery in accordance with job specifications and production schedules.
• Conduct make-ready procedures to achieve optimum machine performance and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks throughout production runs, ensuring finished products meet customer specifications and company standards.
• Complete all production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company procedures and 5S principles.
