£30-37K DOE + 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays + Additional 3 day company shutdown over Christmas + Early finish every Friday + Stable, office based working environment.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 1:30pm

Our client has been setting the standard for exceptional service & quality levels since the early 90's. Being experts in self-adhesive labels & sleeves both in flexo & digital printing, they've built long standing relationships with customers across their two sites.

To support their continued growth and the increase in demand for their innovative flexographic and digital print solutions and future plans for investment & expansion, our client is looking to add an Account Manager to the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a successful business that prides itself on quality, service, and long-term customer relationships.

Reporting to the Senior Account Management team, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to manage projects from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Managing customer orders, delivery schedules, artwork approvals, and quotations.
  • Liaising with internal departments including Production, Technical, and Sales teams.
  • Coordinating new projects and developments with customers and external design agencies.
  • Attending daily production meetings.
  • Managing project critical paths and timelines.
  • Producing estimates and quotations for new work.
  • Processing purchase orders.
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries and telephone calls.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Visiting customer sites to gain a thorough understanding of their processes and requirements.
  • Hosting customer visits and press passes.
  • Attending customer review meetings.

The successful candidate will ideally possess:

  • Previous experience in an Account Management or Customer Service role within manufacturing or print.
  • Label industry experience would be highly advantageous, although candidates from other print or manufacturing sectors will also be considered.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong telephone manner and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good numeracy and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working within an office-based environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM or MIS systems is desirable.
