They are now seeking a skilled and motivated Sign and Graphics Fitter / Installer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site installation of a wide range of signs and graphics, ensuring they are securely and aesthetically fitted to meet clients' expectations. This role demands a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The Role Will Include:

• The successful candidate must have a strong production knowledge and have a proven record of working with all aspects of print and sign installation.
• To load each morning/night and check all packages and paperwork
• Self-manage day to ensure they are prompt for each job
• Plan the route between jobs and ensure sufficient time for each job
• Ensure correct equipment is available to complete the brief
• Ensure each job is installed correctly following the brief provided
• Tidy the site and ensure all work is completed to a professional standard
• Keep accurate records of installations, including photos, measurements and notes on any issues encountered and resolved.

Requirements:

• Driving Licence (Essential)
• CSCS Card CSCS IPAF, PASMA (preferred)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sign and graphics installation or a related field.
• You will need a technical mind and the ability to work with the lead sign fitter to achieve high quality installations
• * Strong eye for detail to ensure precision and quality in every installation.
• Experience in the graphics and creative production industry
• Ability to clearly communicate instructions to a team
• Flexibility and willingness to provide practical support where necessary
• Excellent time management
• Excellent organisational skills
• Individual diligence with a focus on team participation
• Good written and oral communication skills

• Various sign installation experience working in lots of materials (installing, window graphics, large format prints, exhibitions & build, retail, shop-fit & signage, Retail graphics)
• Self-motivated and driven
