SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - SIGNAGE LONDON
Up to £65K (Depending on experience)
Our client is a well-established sign and graphics company. They offer the full solution from design, manufacture through to installation. Offering a range of products including brand signage, architectural wayfinding and much more!
Currently are seeking an experienced and highly organised Signage Project Manager to oversee projects from initial enquiry through to final installation and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage signage projects from quotation and order through to manufacture, installation, and completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and building strong working relationships.
- Liaise with installation teams, production staff, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate project schedules, site surveys, deliveries, and installation programmes.
- Identify potential issues before they become problems and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress, resolve challenges quickly, and communicate any changes effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and client specifications.
- Prepare project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and completion records.
- Manage budgets, variations, and project costs to maximise profitability.
- Conduct project handovers and ensure client satisfaction upon completion.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous project management experience within the signage, graphics, or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple live projects.
- A proactive problem-solver who can think ahead and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience coordinating installation teams and subcontractors.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
