Our client is a creative luxury packaging company with offices spread out worldwide and several fully owned manufacturing plants, they partner with globally recognized brands to design and create packaging. They are dedicated to understanding the needs of their clients and the demand within the industry.

Our client is an outstanding business, a manufacturer of both Primary and Secondary Luxury Packaging, producing in multi materials for the most prestigious brands. Our client has superb technical systems and infrastructure in place and has some phenomenal growth plans.

They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to grow sales and recognition of the brand within France and across Europe. You will be focusing on building long-term relationships, sales and project management. This position is a brilliant opportunity to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect new leads and schedule video and in person meetings
  • Anticipate client needs, recommending new products by articulating capabilities
  • Generate meaningful and strong relationships with clients
  • Follow projects and production through from prospection to final delivery
  • Work closely with project managers, production facilities and teams in China and France

Requirements:

  • Must have experience, strong existing relationships and accounts within the industry
  • Must be able to work independently while using tools to communicate with internal teams
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Purchasing and Product Development skills
  • Employs proactive selling and closing techniques
  • Process Improvement centric
  • Takes a solution selling approach
  • Prioritizes account visits and face time
  • Uses technology and data as valuable tools to stay organized and informed
  • Thinks creatively about the brand and draws inspiration from across industries
  • Has a track record of building and executing sales strategies based on KPIs
  • Team player focusing on the collective good of the organization

Additional Requirements / Desires:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience selling in secondary luxury packaging produced in China
  • Based in the Paris Region & able to work in office
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Bac +3 minimum (License, Master)
