Our client is a well-established, privately-owned company specialising in high-end bespoke carton packaging, is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join their team. The company serves the fragrance, spirits/beverage, cosmetics, and premium healthcare markets, offering an exceptional range of services from full-service design capabilities to cutting-edge press technology. They are renowned for their commitment to quality and outstanding service delivery.
The successful candidate will oversee the Scotland territory and must possess experience in the premium packaging sector, ideally within the spirits market. A proven track record in managing and retaining key accounts is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and strengthen relationships with established accounts, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships
- Deliver exceptional customer service within the territory, ensuring territory planning, execution, and monitoring measures are in place to meet budgetary goals
- Drive growth by actively identifying and engaging potential customers
- Develop and implement targeted sales approaches and acquisition strategies to expand the customer base and achieve quarterly and annual business objectives
- Oversee contracts and pricing agreements for the territory, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
