An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to join their business as part of the company's large growth plans to double their turnover, our client is looking for a New Business Sales Candidate to join their business and are offering the opportunity for progression into a Sales Management / Director level role (options of dividend shares)
This is a home-based role with the flexibility to manage your own diary while developing new business throughout the North East. Initially, your focus will be on identifying and winning new customers. Once secured, you will manage and grow those accounts, with the opportunity to take responsibility for additional existing customer accounts as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities
- Develop a pipeline of new customers within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, warehousing and distribution sectors
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their packaging requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell a comprehensive range of industrial packaging and transit products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and maximise profitable sales.
- Manage and develop customer accounts after winning the business.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain regular contact with key accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and on-time delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline information.
- Represent the business professionally at all times
