Our client is a leading cartons manufacturer. They supply high-quality printed folded cartons to a wide variety of market sectors including food, pharmaceutical, beauty and cosmetics.

They are currently looking to recruit a Litho Printer to join their production department. You will be responsible for operating a Heidelberg 6 Colour Printer + UV Coater and a Heidelberg 2 Colour Printer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain a Heidelberg 6 colour & 2 colour printing machine
• Ensure print quality meets company and customer specifications
• Monitor production runs, adjusting as required
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding
• Work closely with supervisors and production staff to meet deadlines
• Follow all health & safety and quality procedures
• Minimise waste and downtime during production

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a 6 colour (or similar) printing machine
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
• Good understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
