LATE SHIFT PRODUCTION OPERATOR / FINISHING & CUTTING (LARGE FORMAT & DISPLAYS)

HERTFORDSHIRE

£32,000 - £35,000 + Overtime (Time & Half)

Hours: Monday-Friday / Late Shift (12pm-8pm)

Our client is an established and growing large format graphics manufacturer. Looking to recruit an experienced Production Operator to strengthen its production team on the late shift. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern production facility working with industry-leading finishing equipment, producing high-quality graphics, POS, retail display and exhibition products for a wide range of clients.

You'll be involved in a variety of finishing processes including mounting, cutting, trimming and assembly, ensuring products leave the factory to the highest possible standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operating equipment - Large format Machinery: Zünd / Kongsberg / Mimaki / SwissQ / Dhurst
• Mounting and laminating printed graphics
• Assembly and finishing of display graphics
• Quality checking finished work
• Preparing jobs for dispatch
• Working across multiple finishing departments
• Maintaining high production standards
• Working to production deadlines

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within large format graphics
• Strong finishing and production knowledge
• Experience operating digital cutters
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to prioritise workload
• Reliable team player
• Positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
