Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Large Format Digital Printer to join a well-established and growing graphics production business in Hertfordshire.

This position would suit someone with experience operating large format print equipment who is looking to develop their skills further. Experience using a Canon Colorado printer would be advantageous, however full training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.

Working within a busy production environment, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality printed graphics while maintaining excellent quality standards and meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Operating large format digital print machinery
• Producing high-quality printed graphics across a variety of materials
• Preparing artwork for print production where required
• Monitoring print quality throughout production
• Loading and unloading media
• Carrying out routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Working to production schedules and deadlines
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping within the production department
• Supporting colleagues across production when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating large format print equipment
• Experience within the signage, graphics, exhibition or display industry
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Desirable:

• Experience operating Canon Colorado printers
• Knowledge of RIP software
• Experience with finishing equipment
