INTERNAL SALES SUPPORT - ANY BACKGROUND

CORRUGATED PACKAGING BUSINESS

OFFICE BASED - NORTH WALES

Salary Guide: £30K - £33K + 20 days holiday

Our client is an independent sheet plant who specialise in bespoke conventional corrugated: SRP and RRP, supplying into a variety of market sectors including the food industry.

Our client is currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Candidate to support the External Sales team - there is the opportunity to visit customers if the successful candidate would like to do so

Our client will offer full product training and can offer progression opportunity into an External Sales Role

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquires, orders, and quotations by telephone, fax, and email
• Ensure that customers are informed of any changes to their request and to provide bespoke solutions to satisfy clients demands and be efficient in problem solving strategies in regard to customer complaints and problems
• Liaise with internal and external departments to optimise quality of service, sustain good working relationships and achieve customer satisfaction
• Experience with social media would be an advantage
