Graphic Designer / Project Manager - Signage & Branding

£Negotiable (Dep on Exp) + Overtime if required at Time ½ + 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).

Hours: 9am - 5pm / Monday - Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, innovative and reputable sports and events branding agency. Our client is a worldwide market leader in 3D signage for televised sporting events and a leading supplier in both venue and event branding, and large-format signage for indoor and outdoor use. You will form part of a small creative team responsible for the design and artworking of stadium branding for use within many of the major sports stadia throughout the UK. You will also be responsible for the artworking of large-format signage, printed carpets for use in exhibitions, events, PR activity and office/corporate hospitality space.

You will be required to liaise with existing, established clients regarding their continuous branding needs as well as responding to new briefs for one-off projects and events.
The role is extremely varied and will suit an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who is highly creative, confident to present new ideas and passionate about design and the sports industry.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Client Servicing Manager and Managing Director
• Responsible for building relationships with new clients as well as maintaining and developing close cooperation with existing clients.
• The first point of contact for all new and existing clients, understanding their value propositions, which you will then translate into workable solutions for each specific client.
• Liaise with internal design, production and installation teams as well as source and book sub-contractors where required for a variety of different in-stadia projects, always maintain a high level of quality, communication and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Managing Director managing existing clients and assisting in the preparation of presentations to respond to new business tenders and potential leads.
• Gathering information from the clubs regarding sponsors, sizing, materials, existing systems, stadium protocols etc.
• Attend a number of events each year as a company representative
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Build good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Graphic Design - including coordinating with internal design, production, installation and marketing teams.
• Graphic Design - working with Managing Director and Client Services Manager on RFP's and presentations to clients.
• Carrying out on-site venue surveys.
• Raising and altering quotes for new enquiries.
• Generating invoices / PO Numbers
• Liaising with venues & clients regarding installation logistics and H&S requirements
• Be responsible for writing and updating RAMS for jobs.
• Logistics, sourcing and booking sub-contractors where required.

Requirements:

• You must be passionate about the sports industry and be known for your drive, your 'can do' attitude and for being ambitious, result-oriented and persistent.
• Professional, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently, under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Have a commercial mindset and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented, structured and have excellent organisational & communication skills.

• Approachable and have strong interpersonal skills on all organisational levels that make you able to build great relationships both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop.
