ROTATING 3 SHIFT PATTERN:
6:00am - 1:30pm - Monday to Friday
1:30pm - 9:00pm - Monday to Friday
9:00pm - 6:00am - Monday to Thursday

Our client is an independent and highly successful manufacturer of printed folding cartons, supplying a range of markets including food, health and beauty, confectionery and gifting.

They are looking for an experienced Gluing Operator to join their production team. You will be responsible for operating the gluing machines within the fast paced production department.

Requirements:

• Operate and monitor gluing machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets
• Set up and adjust machines to meet individual job specifications and ensure accurate production
• Carry out quality checks throughout production, ensuring finished cartons meet required standards
• Complete machine changeovers efficiently while minimising downtime and material waste
• Monitor glue application and identify and resolve any quality or production issues
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance, reporting faults when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment, following all Health & Safety, BRC and company procedures
