Salary: DOE (Three Bands Available) + Overtime + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Onsite Parking + Uniform

Double Days:
Earlies: 7am -3pm (Mon-Fri)
Lates: 1:30pm - 10pm (Mon-Thurs) 1pm - 7pm Friday

Our client is a packaging manufacturer based in the North West, they supply printed packaging to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics, personal care and food markets.
They are currently looking to recruit a Finishing Operator to join their team, this can be at a Junior or Senior Level

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and use the Work Instructions (Job Bag)
• Use of setting sheet and packing specification
• Setting of feeder components
• Setting of pre-break section
• Setting of the Pharma Code reader
• Setting of glue pot
• Setting of overhead glue system
• Setting of folding section
• Setting of transfer section
• Setting of infeed devices
• Setting of delivery belt
• Setting of Little David
• Understand and complete Pass Sheet / QMC / all Q.C. documentation

QUALITY / GMP / HYGIENE - OBJECTIVES

• Understand and follow the CAPA / Improvement Process, when appropriate
• Understand and follow the Quality Process Flow Charts, including CCP's

PRODUCTION - OBJECTIVES

• Maintain output according to schedule
• Assist the Finishing Manager with training of new personnel
• Maintain and clean gluing machine
• Weekly factory cleaning, to the schedule
