SALARY UP TO £40K (Dependant on Experience) + 25 Days Holidays plus Bank Holidays + Onsite Parking

EARLY SHIFT: 6:00am - 1:30pm (Monday-Friday)
LATE SHIFT: 1:30pm - 9:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Our client has been established for over 40 years and specialise in producing a bespoke range of high-quality cartons, boards and trays for a range of market sectors including the food industry.

They are seeking an experienced Cut & Crease Operator to join their production team, working on Bobst SP102E machines. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Operator looking to join a well-established and growing business within the packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Bobst SP102E cut & crease machines to a high standard
• Ensure all jobs are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality specifications
• Carry out make-readies, tooling changes, and machine adjustments
• Monitor production output and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Work closely with other departments to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Bobst cut & crease machinery (SP102E preferred)
• Strong understanding of die-cutting processes within the packaging industry
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Flexible attitude towards shift work
