BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- LUXURY PACKAGING AND CARTONS

HOMEBASED - ANY UK LOCATION

SALARY £OPEN (Depending on Experience) + Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Pension

Our client is a manufacturer of bespoke Luxury / Premium Packaging and Printed Folded Cartons servicing some of the UK's best-known companies and leading brands. Our client is renowned for their high levels of quality and service and is genuinely an excellent business to work for

They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. The role will be a good mix of managing / growing existing accounts and generating new business, you will also keep and manage accounts that you win. Although you will cross and upsell the client's other products you will be primarily selling Luxury Packaging Products: Rigid Boxes, Bespoke Advent Calendars etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve all sales targets within the territory by effectively managing existing customer relationships, monitoring order volumes, and driving growth opportunities
• Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of established accounts to ensure continued growth and retention
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by building strong, long-term relationships and maximising potential within each account
• Plan and conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and support business development
• Deliver professional presentations to clients at all levels of seniority
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Take full ownership of your accounts, ensuring they are managed successfully and profitably
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service to meet and exceed client expectations
