Salary From £12.50PH - Will pay more for an experienced Operator

My client is a specialist manufacturer of plastic films

They are looking to recruit an Extrusion Operator to join their team, either an experienced Operator or a Trainee
Hours

• 3 Days: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 3 Days Off
• 3 Nights: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring extrusion machinery
• Ensuring product quality meets required standards
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Adhering to health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in extrusion or similar manufacturing role
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern
• Good problem-solving skills
