WORKING HOURS: MORNING / AFTERNOON / NIGHT SHIFT

*** OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A MULTIPOINT GLUER WHO IS GENUINELY INTERESTED / PREPARED TO RELOCATE TO AUSTRALIA. OUR CLIENT IS OFFERING A FANTASTIC RELOCATION PACKAGE AND ALL THE SUPPORT A CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO MAKE THE MOVE ***

Key Responsibilities:

• Machines: SCM and JNL
• Machine Setup and KPIS
• Develop and upskill manufacturing operators to best practice methodology for multi-point gluer
• Lean manufacturing principles
• Ensure runs speed and quality of the multi-point gluer
• Review and address engineering issues
• Minimise downtime
• Carry out Machine audits, Quality Checks and Support NCR root cause with factory Supervisor
• Leader in Machine quality and safety
• Ability to convert and generate programs for multi-point gluer machines for optimal output

Requirements:

• Experience with Straightline, Crashlock, 4/6 Corner work is essential
• Develop and document process improvements
• 5+ Years experience operating a multi-point gluer
• Previous experience with increase machine efficiencies
• Lean Manufacturing qualifications
• Ability to coach and mentor
