HEAD OF PRODUCTION / PRODUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER

£65K - £70K (DOE)+ 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Hours Of Work - 9am -5pm

Our client is a global leader in the Retail Shopfitting industry with sites in the UK, Europe and America. They work with well-known high-end luxury retail clients offering a full project solution including POS, Permanent Displays, Pop Ups, Window Displays.

They offer their client a personalised service due to their continued success and rapid growth they are now looking to recruit a Head of Production / Production Operations Manager to join their team.

Role / Responsibilities:

• Direct Reports Include: Workshop Manager, Production Manager, Technical and Logistics Team and Freelances - around 15 team members in total
• Work pro-actively as part of the management and leadership team to maximise added value and profitability across the business
• Drive agreed KPI's and output targets
• Leading with a vision and a purpose that empower and motivate individuals within the team
• A thorough understanding of production and manufacturing processes
• Strong financial awareness
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to form strong relationships with your team members and a range of different teams within the business.
• Commercial awareness and able to provide and suggest solutions when facing a challenges
• Strong leaded used to working in a fast-paced challenging working environment.
