FLATBED OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - CORRUGATED PACKAGING

SALARY AUS $130K + EXCELLENT RELOCATION PACKAGE

WORKING HOURS: MORNING / AFTERNOON / NIGHT SHIFT

*** OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A HIGH CALIBRE FLATBED DIE CUTTER WHO IS GENUINELY INTERESTED / PREPARED TO RELOCATE TO AUSTRALIA. OUR CLIENT IS OFFERING A FANTASTIC RELOCATION PACKAGE AND ALL THE SUPPORT A CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO MAKE THE MOVE ***

Key Responsibilities:

• Machines: Zenith and Eterna
• Operating Machine Setup and KPIS
• Develop and upskill manufacturing operators to best practice methodology for flatbeds
• Lean manufacturing principles
• Ensure runs speed and quality of the flatbeds
• Review and address engineering issues
• Minimise downtime
• Carry out Machine audits
• Carry out Quality Checks and Support NCR root cause with factory Supervisor
• Leader in Machine quality and safety
• Ability to convert and generate programs for flatbed machines for optimal output

Requirements:

• Develop and document process improvements
• 5+ Years experience using Flatbed Machine
• Previous experience with increase machine efficiencies
• Lean Manufacturing qualifications
• Ability to coach and mentor
