Territory Sales Manager - Self Adhesive Labels (Ref: PK7962)




Circa £45K based on experience (Can stretch for exceptional candidates) + Car / Allowance + Pension + other benefits.

Our client is a market leader with an international customer-base, serving a broad range of customer sectors. Products include flexo & digital printed self adhesive & in-mould labels, sleeves, packaging, premium decoration, creative design, and branding. Ethical and environmental responsibility is at the heart of all global operations.
They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join the team and drive sales revenue growth while nurturing customer relationships within a designated geographical area. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the company providing effective communication and a deep understanding of customer needs in a broad range of markets from food & drinks, luxury / FMCG, homecare & personal care right through to industrial & logistics sectors.
In this role, your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction while actively seeking opportunities to expand sales. All the necessary tools and support for the job will be on hand to ensure the best possible customer experience for clients.


  • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyse data to find the most efficient sales methods.
  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
  • Present products and services to prospective customers.
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
  • Monitor competition within assigned region.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience in labelling is preferred. Although a talented internal sales candidate looking to make the next career step will be considered.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
  • A self-starter who is able to take direction but works with minimum supervision to set and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal relationship skills, throughout all levels of the company, suppliers, and customers.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
