SENIOR GLUING OPERATOR
KENT
Salary up to £38K + Overtime at time and a half + Pension
DAY SHIFT: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Our client has been established for over 40 years and specialise in producing a bespoke range of high-quality cartons, boards and trays for a range of market sectors including the food industry
Due to increased workloads and a requirement for holiday / sickness cover they are looking to recruit a Senior Gluing Operator who can cover complex jobs and maintain production targets at peak times.
Bobst experience is preferred
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Make ready and run the machines, following instructions given on the works orders regarding speeds and special instructions
- To ensure the machine is kept clean and tidy and that maintenance programmes are followed and documented
- Monitoring quality
- Enthusiastic and committed

- Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment
- Adhere to production schedule
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
