Our client based in the East Midlands specialise in the supply of POS / POP within the temporary and permanent display industry.

They are currently recruiting for a Senior Account Director to look after a new global high profile fashion brand. They are looking for a candidate with experience in the high end fashion luxury sector.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service person with excellent project management and industry knowledge skills who are looking for their next career move. The company is a fast-paced organisation and they are ideally looking for someone that has worked in a similar type of role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build client relationships and deliver client growth strategies, through team management and inter-departmental collaboration
  • Ensure that any contractual performance targets and measures are met
  • Ensure that all client relationships perform to expected commercial targets
  • To continue to drive and manage sales and gross margin growth with all clients across all the company's services
  • Actively use commercial awareness to drive value growth
  • Fully understand what each client values and ensure to deliver an outstanding level of service that matches that requirement specifically
  • Develop strong professional and personal relationships with each client, based on regular face-to-face interaction and back up communication on the telephone primarily and email
  • Liaise with internal departments
  • Conduct regular account reviews with the client at the appropriate level
  • Proactively liaise with the client on a regular basis to obtain opportunities to drive sales
  • Proactively follow up all successfully orders for feedback and to measure client satisfaction
  • Issue internal briefs to Studio or Production for any assembly instructions or specific labelling instructions that are required
  • Liaise with Production to obtain print ready proof and with the client to gain approval of proofs in good time for production
  • Prepare for all weekly, ad-hoc and bi-annual reviews and appraisals

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint
  • Project management experience is essential
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines is essential
