Sales Executive - Bespoke Thermoforming (Ref: PK4640)

£Based on experience + Commission + Car + Laptop + Mobile

Our client is a well-established independent UK manufacturer. The business specialises in the manufacture of bespoke vacuum forming and thermoforming, in both thin and heavy gauge, for plastic protective packaging, gift packaging and point of sale display. Materials used include PVC, APET, HIPS, HDPE, and PP from 150 micron to 8mm. The company has in house CAD & CNC technologies and also in house tooling. They hold ISO9001:2000 and works to QS900, Kaisan and Kanban requirements.

Due to expanded capacity the company currently require an additional home based Sales Executive to develop new business in the UK. The ideal candidate will be in a central location with a proven track record of sales success within the plastics protective or transit packaging or gift packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be actively involved in new business generation via cold calling and researching
  • Liaising with internal members of staff
  • To be the first point of contact for the company and customers
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing customer base
  • Develop leads into new business opportunities and customers
  • To support customer base with product selection and product training where necessary
  • Compiling reports on an accurate basis as required by management
