LOCATION: West Yorkshire

HOURS 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm on Fridays

THE ROLE: As Sales Development Assistant, you will work alongside the marketing team by seeking quality and sustainable new prospects. Supporting your Area Sales Manager with new business activity, you will prospect for new business and win new work through lead generation. You will help to convert enquiries through creative marketing materials and digital campaigns, alongside traditional direct mail, and telephone outreach. Developing new business and maintaining good relationships with new and existing prospects and customers will be at the heart of your role, as well as ensuring effective communication within the wider team.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: Driven to win new business and grow existing accounts, you will have experience in meeting and exceeding your targets. A self-starter, with the ability to plan and manage your own workload and a passion for building solid connections with others. A competitive edge with a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and adaptability, you will be results focused, enthusiastic, and resilient with a positive mindset. You will want to play a crucial role in the growth of the business and in turn, will be rewarded for your efforts.
