REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - DIGITAL LABELS SOUTHERN ENGLAND

Our Client is a leading provider of high quality reel-fed, Self Adhesive Labels with in-house Reprographics. Specialising in both Blue Chip and Packer/Filler markets, they are one of the leading Digital Labels providers in the UK.

A high calibre individual is required to lead the push for the development of existing clients and from the prospecting and development of new business partners covering the Southern England region.

Responsibilities:

  • Building up relationships both internally and externally you will plan, organise and prioritise effectively, working on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Day to day management of a portfolio of SME accounts to provide excellent customer service and opportunity for growth.
  • Exceeding sales and revenue targets through the acquisition of new revenue in target markets.
  • Delivering agreed Key Performance Indicators and Objectives as defined by the company strategy and tactical activity plans.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  • Planning and preparing presentations.
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidates will possess a proven track record of attracting and retaining profitable business within the reel-fed labels market.
  • Knowledge and experience of selling in the packaging design and/or reprographics markets is desirable but not essential as full support will be given.
  • You will have the ability to deal with key decision makers up to board level with excellent presentation skills.
  • Taking responsibility and showing accountability for your actions you will have a high level of personal commitment.
  • You will be flexible to travel extensively across the region.
