Salary £21K + 27 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Hours of Work: 9am till 5pm with half an hour lunch break

Our client is a high-quality, forward-thinking manufacturer of printed folding cartons servicing some of the UK's best-known companies and leading brands. They are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to join their team. Looking for a hard-working character who is keen to learn and help out within the growing commercial office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parcel Wrapping and Postal Duties
  • Collating the Spec Bags for production
  • Helping out with some repeat orders
  • Helping Out with some call offs for items from stock
  • Processing New Enquiry's from the External Sales Team and updating projects
  • Requesting samples from the Studio for new enquiry's received from the External Sales Team and updating projects
  • Maintaining internal colour standards information spreadsheet
