INSERTION OPERATOR - DIRECT MAIL

Role

• To communicate with the Line Manager in a timely manner
• Liaise with Overseer /Operators for handovers and any issues arising.
• Produce work to the highest standards and to obtain maximum output and procedures are followed.
• Always maintain and monitor all Company processes and procedures.
• Flexible approach to shift work and overtime.
• Develop knowledge and skills for performance management to create a high-performance culture.
• Able to understand and act on maintenance levels
• To perform any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Direct mail and transactional mail experience is essential
• Experienced on Bowe fusions, Neopost equipment an advantage plus any additional experience using finishing equipment such as guillotines / Folders / Stitching lines etc.
• Flexible attitude willing to work with the team to get the job completed
• Previous experience operating in a fast-paced environment
• Forward thinking with an appreciation of LEAN principles

You will be using an assortment of machines within the operation specifically in relation to the production of card manufacturing and insertion.
