HANDS-ON PRODUCTION MANAGER - LARGE FORMAT / DISPLAY

LONDON

£30K - £40K + Overtime (Time ½ Week / Double Weekends) + Summer and Winter Bonuses (Depending on Targets Met) + Summer and Winter Socials

Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:30pm / Monday - Friday

20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

Our client is a large format graphics and display company based in London. They offer endless print options & solutions for retail, events & exhibition graphics and are currently looking to recruit a Hands-on Production Manager who has a 'team work' attitude.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Head of the department and manage 4 other members in production
• Scheduling workloads
• Operate and maintain the large format Printers - Oce Arizona, Canon Colorado
• Operating various plotters and cutters
• Sealing, finishing and mounting all aspects of large format graphics, including trimming and preparing prints
• Deal with any problems should they arise
• Good team working and communication skills
• Sound technical understanding of substrate properties and application
• Maintain the highest standards of work and quality checking
• Able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
• You must be able to work well under pressure while maintain standards
• Flexibility during busy periods
