DOUBLE DAYS - 38.5 hours a week
(Week 1) Monday to Thursday 5:00 to 13:30 / Friday 5:00 to 9:30
(Week 2) Monday to Thursday 13:30 to 21:30 / Friday 9:30 to 16:00

Our client is an independent manufacturer of Printed Folded Cartons who have been established for over 30 years, they are one of the UK's prime suppliers of printed cartons, providing bespoke solutions to a range of market sectors including cosmetics, toiletries, healthcare and giftware industries.

They are currently looking for a Cut & Crease Operator to join their production department to work a Double Day Shift.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CARTONS OR COMMERICAL PRINT EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and running Bobst or similar machinery
• Finishing carton production to the highest standards
• Producing and reviewing products against the prescribed quality standards/specification
• Maintenance and general housekeeping of the equipment
• Ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Cut and crease experience ideally with embossing and de-bossing
• Preferably have experience of using a Bobst machine
• The ability to work well in a team of production operatives
• Be used to dealing with high end added value packaging
• Have a conscientious and enthusiastic manner with a can-do approach
• The ideal candidate will possess general computer skills
