ARTWORKER / SIGN MAKER

Our client is an award-winning sign company based in Surrey. They are currently looking for a Artworker/Sign maker to join their existing team. The role would be hybrid between the design and studio departments. The successful candidate must be a team player and possess hunger and drive to do well and progress with the company.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

Interpreting and art working from client enquiries using Corel Draw

• Production artwork for studio and for external supplier using Corel Draw
• Vinyl laying and application to various substrates
• Understand different types of substrates used in the signage industry
• Plotting, cutting, mounting and finishing
• Comply to all company health & safety regulations
• 'Can do' attitude and common-sense approach to your work.
• You must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilst still maintaining the highest standards
• Flexible and willing to work overtime as and when required
• Good team working and communication skills
• Able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
• Ability to work without supervision
