Our client based in the East Midlands specialise in the supply of POS / POP within the temporary and permanent display industry, they currently have a number of vacancies across their client services team:
2 x Account Managers - working as a team on one account, excellent administrative and client management skills. No travelling to meet clients, taking briefs, managing through the business through various departments to despatch.
1 x Account Manager - working across a few accounts of much lower value. Same skills as above but less pressure, salary reflective.
1 x Senior Account Director - with project management experience to look after a new global high profile fashion brand. £Generous plus package. Must be from the high end fashion luxury sector
This is a great opportunity for experienced customer service personnel with excellent project management and industry knowledge skills who are looking for their next career move. The company is a fast paced organisation and they are ideally looking for someone that has worked in a similar type of role.
The role:
- Ensure the service level is kept above expectations
- Face to face client meetings
- Overall management of the account.
- One point of contact
- Produce internal paperwork to brief the team
- Produce CPA's for more complex projects
- Working closely with internal departments
- Problem solving and working well with teams to ensure the delivery of goods to meet the customers' requirements.
- Maximise sales opportunities
You will possess:
- A passion for delivering best in class customer service
- Previous experience within the POS or high end fashion luxury sector
- Knowledge of retailer schedules and guidelines an advantage
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- Be very detail driven
- Enthusiasm.
- The solutions will not always present themselves, successful candidate will have to demonstrate a problem-solving mentality
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Time management skills
- Ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal
- Comfortable working in Excel
- Strong commercial understanding
- Be able to work under pressure.
- The POS industry is extremely fast paced
