Our work is mainly telephone based , so you should have a clear and confident manner and be able to sell the company and yourself above other agencies. You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with candidates. Other responsibilities include pre-screening CVs and organising interviews.
Recruitment is a sales role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude.
On top of your basic salary, you could enjoy one of the most generous commission schemes in the industry. Commission is uncapped, so you will have full responsibility and control of your earnings.
