Our client is a leading large format graphics and display company based in London. Our client is looking for a Trainee Account-Coordinator to work on a number of busy leading retail accounts producing lightbox and in-store display material and window displays for stores throughout the Europe.
Working in an established team this role involves closely managing the administrative detail associated with each project and includes gathering and recording costs and dealing with sub-contractors, creating simple job briefs on the Company computer system, preparing completed projects for invoicing, and overseeing despatch information including proof of deliveries.
You will have excellent organisational skills, be self motivated and proactive, happy to deal with people at all levels, enjoy a busy, high pressure environment, and be fully competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
You will ideally have a least one year’s background working in an accounts, buying, project management or administration role within the print, retail or cosmetic related business. Full training will be given.
