Estimator / Surveyor

 

Our clients have an extensive blue chip client base that includes companies across the Housing, Hotel & Leisure, Commercial, Education and Industrial sectors. Specialising in building refurbishment, maintenance and painting and decorating services to a wide range of properties and assets throughout the UK they have an annual turnover of £60m.

 

Reporting to the Branch Director, you will be responsible for the estimating and surveying function including commercially effective preparation of tenders, submission of variations, interim valuations and final accounts.

  •  From an estimating or surveying background you will ideally have a proven track record in a contracting environment
  • Sound knowledge of estimating & surveying procedures 
  • Good I.T. skills
  • Good communication skills, be self motivated and able to work to deadlines
  • Suitable candidates will be qualified to at least HNC/HND level
