Project Manager

Our client is one of the UK’s leading specialists in commercial fit out and refurbishment. Due to winning a number of prestigious contracts they are now looking to recruit a new Project Manager.

• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling large projects within the commercial and retail fit out industries.
• Implement company procedures regarding Health & Safety and Quality Control.
• Have the ability to manage projects and teams including Designers and Subcontractors.
• Be able to plan and manage projects to a satisfactory completion through to issue of practical completion certificate. 
• Liaise with Directors or Senior Projects Manager on any project issues and chair project team meetings.
• Safely deliver projects on time to specific costs and within schedule.
