Construction Manager

Our client is the UK's leading commercial fit out and refurbishment specialist operating from several main offices. They are a main contractor and supply fit out and refurbishment services to a variety of clients in the private and public sectors.

Due to winning major tenders and an increase in workload they are looking to recruit a Construction Manager and your responsibilities will incorporate all aspects of site management.

• The ideal candidate will have extensive construction management capabilities and be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or worked up through the tools and have a trades background.
• Have the ability to communicate at all levels, from clients trough to site management and operatives.
• You will be expected to set and maintain high standards of quality on all projects and maintain high levels of communication with clients, suppliers and fellow employees. 
• You must be organised, self-motivated and pro-active, a good team player is essential. 
• Ideal candidates will have a stable and proven track record in site management and ideally have worked in a Commercial Fit-Out company.
