Site Manager

Our client is a market leader within the interior construction, fit out and refurbishment industry. Well known for creating exceptional work environments designed for maximum effectiveness they are looking to recruit a new Site Manager. Responsibilities will incorporate all aspects of site management as well as overseeing all site activities.

• Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in site management preferably gained within the commercial fit-out industry although other sectors will also be considered.
• You will be expected to set and maintain high standards of quality on all projects and liaise with both clients and suppliers. 
• You must be organised, self-motivated and pro-active, a good team player is essential.
• Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or have worked up through the tools and possess a trades qualification.
• You must be able to demonstrable the ability to deliver successful projects on time and within specific budget.
