Services Manager

Our client who is a leading high quality fit out and refurbishment contractor is currently experiencing a period of sustained expansion and is looking to recruit a Services Manager.

As Services Manager you will join one of our clients contracts teams as the Mechanical & Electrical specialist.

• The ideal candidate will have a background of managing the services elements of either commercial or retail fit out and refurb projects ideally gained whilst working at another main contractor.
• You will be an integral part of the contracts team and be responsible for coordinating and delivery the services elements of your projects.
• This is a client facing role and so excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• You will work across multiple projects at any one time and so must be efficient at multi-tasking and work well under pressure.
• The position will require a certain amount of local travel and you will be based at a regional office.
